Making a storenvy was one of my goals for the year, so even though it's not exactly in the best shape design-wise and product-wise, I still made one so we'll go from there!

This year turned out to be busier than last year, especially in terms of illustrations, that I more of less completely neglected comic/manga work.  Oh, and my gaming time disappeared so I'm really behind on that too aaaaaahhhh 8D;;;  But they were all really great opportunities for me, from charity art books to game tributes to secret santa, so I'm extremely grateful to the project organizers for inviting me!  Now, if only I can balance this out with manga work next year...

...seriously though, I always had something that I had to draw, a lot of it no thanks to my slow pacing. o_o;; Maybe I should pick up daily sketches again to work on speed....

I also got back into conventions this year!  While it was only one (Anime Expo), I had such a great time and hope to swing by again in 2013 (already got a table since they opened really early... )  I'm hoping to attend at least one more next year, preferably east coast, but I missed Anime Boston as I found out too late about that...  I may try looking into AnimeNext and Otakon, but if anyone has suggestions please do share~

I began considering streams/screen recordings lately too...  currently testing QuickTime, but I'm unsure whether I'll stick with that or test Livestream too.  I think this will ultimately be a 2013 goal...

Aside from Secret Santa (participated for the first time orz) I'm personally not doing anything especially Christmas-y... Christmas season is kind of an awkward time for me now, as one of my beloved dogs Kosuke passed away on the 23rd two years ago.  While I'm much better about not letting it get me down, I don't want to forget about it entirely either, so it's weird... I made peanut butter cups in memory of Kosuke tonight though!  He loved peanut butter, among other things.  I hope you all will spend the holidays doing more traditional seasonal things though! (I guess I might watch Kouhaku if that counts at all...)  And before I forget, last year this season was a nightmare for me health-wise, so don't be like me and stay healthy!!
